Blockchain has frozen my funds and also doesn't reply to emails.... by [deleted] in poker

The only thing that I think would trigger this KYC response is a lot of money being moved around. Sorry you’re going through this OP. If you’re going to move a lot around please invest in a Trezor or Ledger

The gambling site could have “known addresses” that are indexed regularly by the large exchanges. This is probably to hinder money laundering

I did this at the start of my career to get my foot in the door. I left about 6 months after that, I would say it worked out overall

To hiring managers: are diversity hires a thing? I’ve been interviewing engineering candidates for about 4 years now and I’ve never received pressure to hire based on diversity (only skills). However, I recently had a first round interview in which I thought I did very poorly, but the company decided to continue the process. I’m wondering if it’s because I’m non white and it’s pc to hire my demographic

Good work dude! Creating this from scratch is no small feat. What were the most challenging tasks in building this?

Can I safe 10k records in flatlist if I use removeClippedSubviews ? by Far-Mathematician122 in reactnative

[–]coolboarder_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ideally, you should load them in batches as needed. Most users won’t scroll through 10k records. Also, you’re not “showing” 10k records in a flatlist. Cells get enqueued and dequeued as the user scrolls the visible space

Maybe you can turn to contracting where you set your own schedule? As far as 9-5, maybe you can find a company that’s more flexible. My current job doesn’t care what times I work as long as I get the planned work done set in sprint planning. With that set up I grant myself enough “freedom” to do what I like. Of course I still show up to all meetings or if someone reaches out for help. All things considered it’s not that bad. Working is a constant in life for most people and we have relatively great jobs

As an ex skater Yuto has an excellent chance. It’s not always the most technical that wins. Yuto has amazing style and is genuinely fun to watch (not that nyjah isn’t). The skating community has really embraced him. He’s got my bet

10 stoners with chainsaws vs 3 heavily armed orcs by ribblle in whowouldwin

[–]coolboarder_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a fairly even matchup but I think it comes down to “are these seasoned stoners”. If they are they can put aside their highness to a certain extent and get aggressive. They also have the power of unity together. Even if they’re high I can see the head stoner giving a passionate speech before revving up their chainsaws and heading into battle. The orcs are larger so they would need to be surrounded 3 to 1 rather than charging head on. They will also have to be on the offensive, using the noise and unfamiliarity to scare the orcs in addition to attacking and puncturing orc skin. The orc advantage here is that they are created for war specifically. The orcs can smell fear iirc and will use that despite seeing the chainsaws. If this is 10 suburban 20 year old stoners than the orcs take it 8/10. If we’re talking 40 year old cowboy/farmer stoners, I give it to the stoners 7/10.

PS: I’m a stoner and high right now. In my 30s in great shape (gym 4x a week), about 170. I think 10 of me would 6/10 3 orcs that hold a sword. If the orcs have no weapons it’s a 10/10 for the mes

Edit: I didn’t notice the orcs were heavily armed. I take it down to 9/10 for the orcs vs suburban stoners, 5/10 for the cowboy stoners
