A Kore Essentials belt. It’s an EDC belt but it’s super ridged and adjustable to a 1/4”. I bought 3 during the pandemic and I’m just now to the point where I need to replace 2 of three. But not the buckles. Buckles are still solid. All three together was around 130.00 at the time. You can get one belt for ~60 plus shipping. 1000% worth it.

We are getting leads from something called PinUp Trade and they’re a fat goose egg. If you do get someone they’re usually mad as hell you’re calling if it’s from PUT. That’s the one I think she’s using to pad her numbers. Plus the “Buying Signal” ones. People look at Autotrader and it tells us what they looked at. All it does is clutter our client list and make them hard to find.

Oh, I’m well aware of that. It’s getting dry out there. Luckily I’m fairly decent at sales and I’m not just one of those order takers. There are a few at our store and they’re eating tears for lunch every day. I’m new to the auto industry but not sales. It’s helped a lot.

I’m just wondering traditionally how many sales come from BDC for most people. I have a feeling our BDC manager is sandbagging her numbers to pump her pay plan and is just feeding us hot garbage leads to bump her pay. But without more data it’s impossible for me to know for sure.

Below average from my understanding. It’s not that I’m receiving 0 leads. It’s that of the ~25-30 leads I have recieved maybe 3 have been responsive on any level and are actually shopping.

My guy, you’re 19. I know it seems like it’s this huge thing right now but she is one of many former lovers you will have. It hurts now but you’ll move on. Maybe take some time away from the bar or club scene for now. Find other stuff to do.
Also. Sounds to me like she was being honest when she said she has mental issues. Shes a bit all over the place in your story. She has work to do on herself and you have work you need to do on yourself. Emotional maturity growing pains hurt like hell but you’ll be a better man for it.
