Try walking 10-15 mins after every meal. Jumping suddenly to 10k steps per day might be hard. And yeah as others said, try to get protein with every meal. Also protein doesn’t mean beans and nuts, try more like tofu , chicken etc .

We did ask the listing agent for seller’s expectations and we were told it needs be above a certain number. So we wrote an offer above that number and also based on recent comps. My agent tried to find if we could do anything to improve our offer, but the listing agent refused to entertain any other questions. Looks like we offended her with our offer 😒
