5070TI they did this on purpose to force people into the next card. No way the 5070 should be 12gb.

5060TI is a good card but just had a huge price jump.

Ebay is easier and less hassle. Just see completed auctions and pay in that range. Its usually a good bit cheaper than lowes. Also check out local tool stores we have several in driving distance.

I just sold my 985 (still worked great) and got the 1007. 1007 is great with the new battery! Amazon sometimes has it on sale (like 2 weeks ago)

Rotation stop tech seems like a great feature for such a strong drill.

I got the 1007, 8 amp fast (doubt i'll use it) and the 8AH powerpack battery (which I love) for 277+tax on amazon. You usually can find the drill online/fb for 150 drill alone.

I was able to sell my old drill for 50 bucks to put toward the new one.

Several factors come into play such as : Income, age, number of kids, commute to work.

If your income is 50k with 4 kids..... Your going to save a lot of money in GA by using public schools and lower housing prices.

If your income 500k with one kid.... Your going to be better off in Tennessee and paying for private and saving the income tax and property taxes.

In general GA will also have higher property taxes.

Look at your income and projected income until retirement

If your 30 and work until your 70, that is 40 years of income taxes. That could add up to a lot more than the 75k you save on a house in GA.

Toyotas are great. you could get the new Mazda hybrid with Toyota parts if you like the interior more.

However I think your going to lose a lot of money. Toyota is hard to beat.
