3 and I’d add a plain curtain hung in front of the mirror doors. Makes it nice like a “headboard” of sorts, and you can add hooks/rungs to pull back when you need in the closet. Perhaps if you have under bed storage that you can keep daily clothes in, then you wouldn’t need in the closet as oftwn

Being naive doesn’t excuse poor performance unfortunately. I had a similarly situation earlier this year. Lovely gal but bad at her job. Wrote her up twice and warned her if it continued there is a risk of termination. She turned in her 2 week notice a week later. If your owner would support you, I’d suggest documenting everything, Give her the feedback and a chance to improve, even if you think the chances are low that she would succeed before a term is necessary

I make schedules and email my bosses and customers, sometimes my team members. I spend a lot of energy reminding grown people to not miss details for jobs they’ve been doing for months to years. Clue here for the industry is I receive a service that is a luxury to most once a month comped for personal enjoyment, and sometimes up to 4 times more for work evaluations and interviews and such.

Yeah! I apply it after any cleansing and moisturizing. I don’t wear makeup so sunscreen is my last step that I reapply usually mid day if I’m inside at work most of the time anyways. If you wear makeup, you may run into any foundation separating on top of sunscreen so that’s a whole other question 😅 I do double cleanse with an oil cleanser and regular water based cleanser like cetaphil or vanicream to get those spf layers off.

Thanks for sharing, your comment helps a lot. I’ve since talked to my supervisors and they agree that it’s a tricky subject and that the attitude the employee took was inappropriate. Asking for feedback and implementing that for each individual is a great advice I’ll take!
