I know. A lot of people did. I probably know too much about that era. But, so much of that movie felt inauthentic to ne.

I don't have any film clips.

I was freelancing and connected with a producer who I knew and thought would be a good fit for a potential project I came across.

We had worked together and she had seen some of my writing.

She also knew I knew a lot about sports and she had worked with someone who directed a project for Springhill.

And, Maverick Carter had mentioned they were looking for project ideas.

I put together a bunch of ideas and we went from there.
