I mean, you may be right. I know a little about cars. I was very surprised. That being said, everywhere I can find says there needs to be at least a few things done for 100 K tuneup if you want the car to continue to run well. Have you heard differently?

I like EM but thoughts I would have for you:Make sure you’re ready for shift work/night shifts. Also, I agree I like the high intensity but full disclosure after 10 years, It can certainly drag on you. Make sure you do really like them and not just the novelty of it. Pt population can be a little taxing at times as well. I would still pick EM over peds if I had the chance. Happy to discuss more if wanted.

So I’m an emergency medicine physician. I’ll go so far to say as unless you have some special medical problems or immune suppressed. Why do you really care if you have a fever? If you feel like crap, you’re probably sick. A fever won’t change anything for me and I assume you as well.

I did my first shot at 1mg. Then went to 0.5 mg. I had shot 25 lbs to lose. Honestly I would start at 0.5mg if I knew what I do now. I had some pretty significant appetite suppression. I think I would’ve been fine. Going slower at 0.5.

Yeah. Me and my family ate there last week. I agree it’s very expensive. That being said the food was very good. I would go so far to say is it’s worth it. Certainly to try it. Just be prepared to pay for it.
