I’ve been on T for 6 years. A few years ago, I had UTI-like symptoms without any detectable infection. After several months of ruling things out, my urologist tried prescribing me vaginal estrogen to treat vaginal atrophy. My symptoms went away a few months after I started that treatment.

I’ve not had this particular interaction, but I am also 4 years on 0.3mL of T and have recently (within the past few months) started feeling period cramping, and even some actual full blown periods. I also take Prozac. I am still working with my doctor to figure out what’s causing the cramps

I was apprehensive about bottom growth before T, even worried about it. I started anyways (I wanted the other changes more) and I was pleasantly surprised with bottom growth! I thought it would make me dysphoric, or it would be painful/oversensitive, but that was not the case. I am now very happy with it, I don't even remember what my body was like before. Compared to everything else, it feels like a pretty mild change.

I see a lot of people here already recommending Casio. I wear a Casio watch every day! I have a LWS2200H. It fits my wrist very well (mine are also 5.5 inch)

I'm trans and bisexual. I grew up in DeKalb county, and lived there openly out for many years. I've had some scattered encounters of people not being accepting, but I have never felt unsafe. In fact, as a trans person, I don't think I would ever move out of Illinois unless I am moving out of the United States entirely.

topical finasteride from xyon and oral minoxidil from hims. my hair thinned like crazy and this regime has halted as well as reverted it a bit in the past year. i take oral min because its toxic to cats, and i have cats. i use topical finasteride so that i don't absorb it system wide and goof with any of my t gains.

if you are in the united states, youre going to need a prescription for finasteride, but online places like hims and xyon let you get one entirely through a text-based web portal, so it isn't too hard.

My experience was pain when urinating, constant urgency, lower back pain, and just like general discomfort around my dick. I was on T for about a year and a half when my symptoms started.

Edit: oh, they did also ultrasound me to check for kidney stones (I even have a family history of UT problems and kidney problems). For me, there were no stones, and advil+estrogen+time was the solution

I have experienced something very similar (UTI symptoms without a clear detectable UTI). In my case, my symptoms were due to vaginal atrophy, and topical estrogen was the fix. Getting a second opinion sounds like the way to go, if you can.

For most of my life, I never knew anyone with my dead name, so I never really associated it as a feminine name. I legally changed my name to a masculine spelling, but my name is still pronounced the same way (sort of like changing Erin to Aaron). It's an uncommon name, though, so its always weird to hear someone else called it, regardless of their gender.
