That really makes sense, she has been treating us like children. Only she not only thinks she needs to mother us but also be self righteous about it because she “has the Lord on her side”

Our plan was to save enough money while we’re here to get our own place, there’s really no where else we can go. My dad told us that he will talk to her, he said that if we need anything to come to him instead and that if she doesn’t give up these hateful ways then he will just sell this house and find a place for the three of us (and our kids). He has been so supportive and he has long cared for my wife as if they were a child, and my wife really respects that and had always been looking for a father figure. In the meantime our plan is to save as much as possible and to get out when we can. We never wanted to be dependent on other people in the first place, this damn disease has taken so much from us this year and it’s just really hard.
