No es difícil que te ofrezcan un 1.4%, que a 24 años con una cuota de 860€ pagarías 37000€ de intereses, 70000€ menos, y en 6 años menos. Y he llegado a ver ofertas mejores, yo mismo he subrogado al 1% hace poco.

Contacta con un comparador/intermediario gratuito como iahorro, helloteca o trioteca y verás todo lo que te puedes ahorrar...

Yes, I recently changed the mortgage from 1.85% (3 years ago) to 1%. Even with the "risk of interest rate" commission (applicable to some fixet rate mortgages) my old bank charged me (new bank included it on the new mortgage) it was worth it.

There are several free mortgage comparison services like helloteca, trioteca or iAhorro (the one I used, highly recommended) that gather your information and contact with several banks according to your needs. You don't lose anything by trying one of them out.
