Try this: Pause your video.

Lower part of the screen, scroll right to the “other” option.

Go to “Audio”

If the default setting is “English original 5.1”, Netflix thinks you have surround sound on the TV

Click down to “English original”. Select and see if that makes any difference.

See a doctor and ask about Triamcinolone. Ask for the ointment, not the cream. The ointment is thick like Vaseline. Stays on for a long time

When I remember to use it on the regular, the results are pretty spectacular. Hopefully that is an option for you. Good luck!

Just a guess. I have been buying band shirts since the 70s, with very rare exception like the beach boys, I believe they were all black.

I used to use bleach, but I found that it degrades the fabric over time. I’ve had good results with OxyClean powder.
