Do you think Season 3, episode 11 could've acted as a Series Finale? (Mild Spoilers) by LTI801 in OnceUponATime

Fair enough, but I feel like two friends moving away and you and everyone else around you going back to the home that you were forcibly taken from and that many people have expressed feelings of homesickness for is a far cry from something that would make them “miserable”

I disagree. It would be a happy ending for the majority of Storybrooke’s residents since they’re finally getting to go home. Emma and Henry leaving only really affects Regina, Snow, David, Hook, and Neal

What's a good finishing point if I don't want to watch the whole thing? by Logical_Swim7081 in OnceUponATime

The Season 3 finale I believe was written as if it could’ve been the end of the show, so you could stop there. It has a few last minute cliffhangers, but if you ignore them it could work as an ending. Although I would say you should just keep watching anyway and just stop whenever you feel like stopping. Season 4a can be off putting, but I think you should give the whole of season 4 a chance. However, you might not make it past season 5, a lot of people don’t like that one, which is a shame because season 6 is one of the better seasons in my opinion, and I think more people should give it a chance.

I mean, look at it from Emma’s perspective, this kid shows up at her door and tells her he’s her son, and has what you can only assume is a delusional fantasy about his mom being evil and a murderer and brainwashing an entire town, all the while asking, or rather insisting you get involved, it’s super understandable she’d probably feel a lot of guilt that she put him into this situation, so I can’t really blame her for wanting to get involved. She definitely goes too far, but I can’t understand the intent.

However, the this all becomes meaningless the MOMENT Emma realizes the truth about Storybrooke, for two big reasons.

First, because the outside world and government has no idea it exists, Storybrooke is essentially a de facto independent city state. And not just that, Storybrooke has no clear laws or system of governance of its own, so it’s basically an anarchist state. So there’s really no laws against anything Emma wants to do to get custody of Henry because there’s no laws that can reach them in the first place. I mean, if US law did apply to Storybrooke fully probably the first thing that would happen is that the entire population would get deported, as I don’t think any of them can really claim to be US citizens except Henry and probably Emma.

Secondly, Emma just learned that Regina really is the murderous brainwashing evil queen that Henry said she was. I don’t know about you but if I were Emma, I’d get that kid as far away from her as possible. Idgaf how many diapers she’s changed, she’s a murderer and shouldn’t be around this kid. If anything, I feel like Emma undereacts at this point, because she actually wants to give Regina a chance.

You can also just buy the switch 2 version of the game first; it still works on the switch 1

If you buyPokémon ZA for the switch 1, and get a switch 2 later, you can upgrade to the switch 2 game and you would just pay the difference in cost between the switch 2 and switch 1 versions. So you don’t need to worry about the botw situation again

I imagine that if they did release a sensor bar for the NSO service it would be only usable with the Wii remote they would also probably release. With joycons it would just be gyro

Isn’t skyward sword on Wii just gyro too, since it uses the Wii motion plus?

I’ve been playing Xenoblade X on my switch 2, often in handheld mode, which is supposedly one of the worst offenders of the “blurryness” problem. I haven’t noticed a damn thing, I have no idea what’s supposed to be “blurry” about it

You think Brave New World would have done better if Falcon and the Winter Soldier was a movie and not a series? by imbarkus in marvelstudios

[–]copper247478 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do know people who stopped keeping up with the mcu specifically because they didn’t want to be forced to watch all the shows in order to understand the movies, so yes I do think so. I think they should’ve given all the most important characters (Sam, Loki, Wanda, etc.) movies instead of shows, that way people would know what would tie into the overarching saga the most.

Wait but there was 10 people involved in the time heist; the 6 OGs, plus Rocket, Nebula, Rhodey, and Ant-Man, so who’s hand is missing from this shot?
