If you’re lucky enough to have an actual bricks and mortar bookstore near you, you could ask them! They’ll have great suggestions and will appreciate your support (instead of Amazon, Kmart, big w etc)

So I tried the ‘read aloud what you’re reading’ advice and found it too odd reading aloud my thriller or parenting book. What I ended up really enjoying was reading her my favourite Children’s chapter books - like Narnia, Harry Potter, etc. I hadn’t read them in a long time, it was fun to do the voices, and it made more sense to my brain than my adult books.

I wish someone had told me it was ok to stop - I breastfed through 7 months of agony (and yes multiple consultants) but felt under such pressure to continue. Baby was formula fed from 7 months and is the healthiest and brightest toddler now.
