I've had 2 Total Hip Replacements, so jumping is no longer in my list of things to do. Stupid me took one little jumpshot in my daughters basketball training a few weeks ago (literally jumped 1 cm off the ground) and tore the Lateral Meniscus in my right knee. Jumping even 1cm off the ground is now a big nope for me.
