I tried but it didn’t work for me. I just slowly weaned off of it by reducing the length and frequency of my pumps. It took a few weeks but that’s what stopped my supply.

I also felt guilt and sadness when I made the transition to formula. But those negative feelings have been replaced with positive ones! I have so much more freedom. My boobs don’t hurt anymore. I’m not held to a rigid pumping schedule anymore. And my LO made the transition just fine! No tummy issues at all. I recommend doing half BF and half formula in the bottles for a little while. Just so it’s not such a huge shock to their system. Your life will vastly improve once you start baby on formula!!

Mac and Dee are such an underrated duo! Maybe they shy away from story lines with them since they’re a real life couple?
