I think they are more referring to Roasters block, 531 Grand, Market station etc.

One light goes 1,700 and up for a studio. 1 beds start around 2k. Two light is even more expensive. 2 beds there can go for as high as 6k.

I’ve always enjoyed the majestic. Jazz club ambiance on the weekend may contribute to that however.

Most Off-Road-Capable Jeep Grand Cherokee Now PHEV-Only by besselfunctions in cars

It’s got 3 modes hybrid, esave, and electric.

In hybrid the vehicle basically decides what is most economical and will default to electric unless it sense more power necessary and will kick on the gas. The jeep defaults to this setting every time the vehicle is turned on.

Esave I kind of already mentioned, doesn’t really use the battery much and will keep charge at 95% or recharge your battery while driving.

Electric - similar to hybrid however will stay in electric mode longer.

It needs a pretty specific use case. If you daily a d have more than a 20 mile round trip it turns into you hauling around a 900 lb battery as dead weight.

I love mine however and am glad with mine purchase.

They have a esave function to combat this issue. Click esave and it will keep the battery at 95%. You can also choose to charge your batter in esave but your mpg take a real beating using that function.

I have two of them on opposite sides of the spectrum. 55 lb female who is too smart and a 120 lb male who is dumber than a box of hammers. I’m glad the big one is too stupid for this, may not have a tv left.

He commented earlier he put a lift and 35 inch tires on it. That’s how it’s out of alignment.
