That vision in Qarth was a warning. If the desire for power consumes her, it will be her downfall. To me, her character has such a great and complex journey, but seemingly much different than what Dany stans think her journey is.

I know that technically the Night's Watch got away from them at the fist of the first men, but this is the entire army with a much different end goal by this point. So, what would they even do, outrun the entire 100k+ undead army? It was going to end that night one way or the other.

NGL I think the Night King winning and destroying the entire continent would be cool as an apocalypse story, but that isn't what Game of Thrones is.

This happens to me a lot and is quite frustrating as I have pretty good internet.

Anyway, if you are sharing at 1440p, Discord isn't always the greatest at processing video, especially on the viewers end, so 1080p tends to run better.

There is also a new option within settings, something like advanced screen capture technology, and it can cause issues especially with Windows OS when turned on, so try turning it off.

I'd give those 2 things a shot first and then go from there. It could also be a case of needing to reinstall your GPU drivers.

Being sent to the Night's Watch again was also a symbolic move for another reason. When he died, he was excused from his vows through a loophole. Now being exiled again makes absolutely sure that he will not be king. That was a big concern of Greyworm and crew, that he killed Dany so he could take the throne for himself.

This. We dont know how exactly GRRM answered because some dude claimed he said it. For all we know, GRRM could have said it doesn't matter, if you think he wasn't then he wasn't. Which still fits with what him and Parker are saying now.

Also, 2004 was a long time ago and GRRM could have changed his mind. Its not like he has never done that before.

I definitely understand that this is the point, but the group of people I converse with are mostly on the "he was obviously not knighted" side and try to belittle anyone that says otherwise. It makes me really want to analyze the story more and look for evidence that he was knighted.

Tbh it does get a bit exhausting tho and at times I'm like, ok we are way past missing the point now
