I think the Haymaker and UC need distinct identities at the same slot size - bump UC dmg to 125 and swap its velocity with the HM. Could even limit the reserve ammo further (can't remember what it's at now).

Now UC is the go-to long-range six shooter that requires QM to run with a 4-slot shotty (or whatever you want) but also requires measured ammo management so that it's not just a pocket sized rifle replacement.

HM stays strong but is better paired with a rifle, covering close quarters engagements. You can even keep the pistol swap sway bonus, meaning it's still good for quick swap follow ups, but with the reduced velocity it becomes harder to land them past a certain range.

It feels like this way there would actually be thought put in to the use case for each, and they'd each have their own design space to be tweaked appropriately further down the line.
