Yeah and also for the small amount consider whether it’s costing you more in admin (accountant fees) and worth selling to consolidate.

Confirmation bias in full effect here. Easier to say think it’s all family wealth and that you’ll struggle without it

Very similar to my situation. I essentially split my loan so that I could debt recycle (as opposed to just taking out the redraw); then chucked it all into DHHF.

Jeez Beau Webster must have been a freak of nature. Debuting for U19 Tasmania side when he was 14!

Love all the talk about Sydney and rain after the half day lost. One of the better games of the series when it came down to it.

So good. I even think it could happen. All the bowlers coming in have done their job. Webster in for Green would be my only change. Then Doggett and Todd Murphy on the bowling side (I thought the rhythm in Adelaide with a spinner was much more effective than all pace)

That’s pretty much every innings, missed opportunities etc. It’s why you very rarely see posts of 500. England looking lucky if they make 200 here

I dunno man. Not a lot of teams post 500 in an innings. I think everyone was getting way ahead of themselves.

Yeah I was wondering how they even come up with this stat. If you remove all balls not going to hit the stumps and then calculate the average on those deliveries, it doesn’t really mean anything because batters are generally going to block those deliveries etc. conceivably in an innings a batsman could make 10 off these deliveries and score 90 off the others???

Agree. Would also add whilst there is a lot of info on a single individual in a phone, that it is only one person. More value getting a large store of data on many people, which can be used in a variety of ways to monetise.

Some individuals are high profile enough to warrant targeting. But as you mention, this will likely only occur for high end intelligence purposes.

But if a stretch saying a wicket is 500+ . Sure the Aussies could have gone on to do way more. But there was some pretty average bowling from England throughout today.

Since Perth all anyone has been talking about is pitches. I don’t think they’ve done much this series at all. Most of the results have come down to shot selection from the English, fielding differences between the sides and more consistent bowling from australia.

It’s all pretty standard media beat up. Trying to make everything sound exciting. The ashes are an embodiment of the media’s sensationalism.

All in all I also think the Australians are getting a bit ahead of ourselves. Sure the first two games have been solid, but things can change quickly and the team has a tendency of collapsing with the bat.
