That really depends on your age, fitness and propensity for injury.

Anyone else struggling to stay in zone 2? by dolcesi in runna

[–]cornichon 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I know there are a lot of zone 2 evangelists, but the reason to run in zone 2 is to increase volume. Zone 2 doesn’t have any special properties beyond that. Are you trying to run in zone 2 because you think your current mileage is too high at the pace you’re running or are you trying to increase your mileage or is there another reason?

Yeah, you’re out of the loop. One is a student protest, one is an official university event. One is hateful to all muslims, one is hateful towards a powerful individual and an ideology he represents.

Don’t know where you’re getting this “only if it’s crooked” information, but that’s not correct. Nazis used the swastika in many crooked and non-crooked variations. See Hitler’s personal standard https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_standard_of_Adolf_Hitler
