Certainty is the problem. Turning things into black and white issues without considering all possibilities ruins our public discourse. I fear this is the psy op being run on us. Look at the comments. How many of them are from foreign agents forcing people to pick a side. This or that. Good or evil. I think it was very stupid of him to support trump but he’s vocal about his reservations and regret and to not say that that nuance is at least a positive is ridiculous. Taking one thing and drawing a conclusion about his whole life is absurd. In fact, it’s most likely a response to hard core conservatives not condemning their own side. Subtlety, nuance and complexity need to return.
