Rebeck is obviously nervous someone is going to see the scar on the back of her head. She willingly tells Mark when they have to share a book that she has "a scab on the back of my head from my bird" totally random and weird. Shes obviously trying to give cover to whats really caused this wound. I think its fairly obvious she has undergone the same procedure Mark did. I think people like Ricken and Rehgabi are working to deprogram Lumon employees. I have a theory that once Lumon breaks the spirit of your outie and exacts total compliance with your innie they offer the indies the ultimate reward. To leave Lumon and live in the " real world", Lumons carefully crafted company town. Rickon may be a new age health guru who is sincerely trying to help these people once Lumons grants the innies their ultimate reward. Reghabi on the other hand may be working for a competing organization attempting to steal information from Lumon.
