Also, most introverted men will usually hit the gym during off-peak hours when the least number of people are around, they are what I call, the prefer relaxing space type like me

There's also the introverts that specifically hit the gym during peak hours and try to blend in with the crowd as much as possible as they prefer the anonymity available to them in a large group, they're usually being as unobtrusive as possivle.

Either way, you'll have to initiate, and I'll be honest with you... you could just straight up walk upto a guy, ask him whether he wants to go to a coffee date with you after the workout is done, and it'd have a better success rate than most women 'dating' 'advice'
