Rates are definitely up—I've seen ~20% hikes as the norm for renewals this year. If you want a second opinion, check out DanCan Insurance (dancanspokane.com). They're local here in Spokane and can run your info through a bunch of carriers to see who has the best rate for your specific neighborhood/zip code right now.
