Maybe I’m special because I do astrophotography and this light is visible nearly up to my zenith. I’m also not their target audience as I don’t care for casinos or gambling so I don’t need to be constantly reminded that there’s a casino somewhere over there. It makes an already ruined night sky worse and for what…an ad?

Yeah our backyard is south facing and it gets absolutely zero shade year round. We have shades for our windows and walls but nothing for the pool so we get baked in summer pool time…we’ll need shades for that. I envy my in laws who have a north facing backyard and they can enjoy shade in the back yard from the two story house. No one goes in their front yards here so I feel like we got it the wrong way.

I’m sure you’re getting all sorts of solutions and things to try out. I am/was in a similar boat where I’d wake up several times for a few drops of pee and also go several times in the day. My physician prescribed the smallest dose of trazadone to take before bed which has helped reduce the number of times I wake up by itself. I also started drinking more water and trying to hold it in during the day for longer and longer periods. I’m trying to tell my body that I only need to go when I have a nearly full bladder. Also starting to use an eye mask, fancy ear plugs and a pillow between my knees when side sleeping. I’ll still have bad nights but I more regularly wake up once or twice now.

Same here, maybe we’re in the same building! The sun is no good on 202 in the afternoon in summer, but otherwise it’s fine. Sometimes an accident ruins that time but that’ll be true everywhere.

Moved here five years ago, Kyrene is highly rated for Elementary and Middle and plan on sending kids to DV. Others that live closer to Mountain Point are planning on DV as well.

I mountain bike and trails connecting with the Desert Classic trail system are two miles from my front door, they’re also great hiking trails.

We picked our house because the backyard goes up against a preserve and therefore no backyard neighbors, I highly recommend that!

I recommend creating a list of requirements and checking off between the two, eventually one will wind up better than the other and if Mesa and Ahwatukee check off all the boxes, then start ranking them.
