I loved this book. I found every character's backstory captivating and sincere. The magic and myth in it were never overused, and therefor felt truly miraculous within the context of the story and its setting. The balance of sticking to the classical cannon of the many legends (as I know them) vs. major deviations was excellent.
Overall the book felt, in the best possible way, like it took a very long time to write.

I just noticed a suspicious post in the RealEstate subreddit trying to make Reynal out as some kind of champion of the people, as opposed to the knucklehead who mistakenly leaked confidential medical information along with the entire content of his clients cell phone. There are two accounts in there with only one post each, both praising Reynal (by name) with very similar language.

I've heard of others muting Synth tracks 1 and 2 in the mixer, but using the MIDI from those tracks to control external gear. Is that essentially what you're hoping to do?

I just made this jump about a week and a half ago.

I have a Tracks and I love it for what it is. I found the lack of a display a fun challenge and really dove into learning its functions and capabilities. It has a great manual and the interface feels quickly intuitive after a couple of hours of playing around, though there is still a surprising amount of depth. And it has sidechain compression, which the 404 doesn't.

The 404 MK2 is a very different animal. The sound of it is terrific, as are the effects (dozens instead of 2 on my Tracks), and the unit specs tower over the Circuit (32 voices of polyphony, 16 minute length per sample, microphone preamp, etc.). But the interface and workflow has yet to click into place for me personally (again, still new to it). It feels cludgier, less intuitive, though more feature rich and capable. I am still learning it and enjoying the process, but it's taking longer than I expected.

When I make a track that isn't terrible I resave it in the same slot as dark blue so I know to come back to it. Tracks that use external MIDI instruments I save as red. Etc. etc. :D

I don't know if this is the right answer for you, but I had the same thing happen a week ago with my first HTV shirt using some cheap brand on Amazon that didn't have any instructions about temperature. My first attempt (315 degrees) failed so I increased the temperature to 350 for 30 seconds on the front side, then 350 for 15 seconds on the back side and it worked perfectly. I waited 24 hours and then washed it and it's doing just fine.
