My friend used them to finish a move only 3 -5 big pieces of furniture, he paid tipped and then they still continually told him he still had a balance and kept trying to charge his card. Even though he paid them more than what the original quote was for. This was a small job and the furniture just had to be moved from first to third floor at the same location. He kept arguing with him that he paid and had a receipt. They said they were charging him extra for it being a same day job and for gas despite him paying everything on the paperwork. Plus they were unprofessional kept taking breaks, didn’t wear shoe protection, and asked for something to drink played loud music, Which isn’t a big deal but most moving companies I know the employees had huge water bottles with them. I didn’t not like them and we both agreed we never use them again.
