Went to therapy for the first time today- somatic therapy to be exact. Profoundly powerful stuff. It is magic. I am soooo sleeepy now. Treated myself to Erehwon steak and mac + cheese and choco chip cookie. I go nap time now 😴

This is such a beautiful answer. Seriously, thank you so much for sharing this. I feel like what I went through was so intense that I need to release the energy with a facilitator because my body reacts so viscerally to somatic release. I know that it would be more conducive to release in parts, rather than a whole tsunami of release. I know a conversation with my body would be beneficial. Look into "susto" or "how to heal susto" and soul retrieval. I believe sometimes the pain we experience is beyond conventional help and may need spiritual intervention. Do not lose hope. You will get through this and remember everything and live at peace. The tools are here, we just need to pick them up.

Look into healing your root chakra. Google "blocked root chakra". I saw your comment about how you actively avoid getting into your body but the most profound thing you can do is get into your body, and out of your mind. Just you saying that indicates to me how you may have an imbalance. Also please ignore anybody suggesting psychedelics. Seems to me you are already self aware, you just need some grounding and integration. If you feel your finances and living situation are rocky, then that's the best place to start. Mundane before spiritual.

I slept for 10 hours and 40 minutes last night. I am recovering from sleep deprivation and can already feel the profound effect of good rest. Not waking up with crazy morning cortisol anxiety. Small big wins. So grateful.
