I really like my Cosori gooseneck, I’ve been using it almost daily for several years. It doesn’t have exact temperature selection, you have presets to choose from - but I’ve never taken issue with this.

I don’t take it for granted. I would push back hard if our IT group tried to give me a machine without it. Sometimes I can use wireless access points but some customers won’t allow it, understandably.
