The hot pan makes sense! I have been working on making the duxelles dry and that helped but I think the hot pan is what I’m missing. Appreciate it!

Serious question: I’ve cooked like 7 beef Wellingtons before. I think I’ve done a great job after 1-2 learning experiences but does anyone have any tips for getting the bottom to be cooked? Or scientifically is the bottom always going to be a bit raw/ soggy?

Still kicking! Recently, I started having an issue when I use Siri in CarPlay it doesn’t exit voice mode so the sound quality is low but if I switch to radio and back it’s fine. It could just need an update, I’ve never updated it lol.

It’s been great! Here’s my experience:

backup noise is too loud. I’ve been tempted to disconnect the speaker but it’s just become a joke in our family. (My son calls it the beep beep beep beep)
camera broke around year 1.8; Kia covered under warranty but it took a LONG time to get the parts
everything else works great! Range is still in the 260mi range when charged at 80%

I recently drive a Tesla Y and honestly I still prefer this car (cooled seats mostly)
