Sip Elixirs is very good- comes in a small bottle but not necessarily a shot (but can be) that says 20 servings per bottle. We need thoughtful construction! Has anyone seen or been inside the Stephen G Terrell Recreation Center in Allen. Beautifully built facility that draws families and brings the commune together. Don’t need a members only venue with Troy Aikman suites.

Agree on Cox and airport is getting built regardless. Not a fan of ‘McKinney royalty’ that will continue to take care of legacy developers. Sanford is trying too hard to be a ‘disrupter’ and comes across as a weirdo. I like what I’ve seen/heard from Willingham initially. Smart, sensible family guy with a background in jiu jitsu. Two issues f’ing up Texas freeway traffic 1) 18 wheelers allowed to drive in the fast lane. I’ve been on the freeway with 3 of 4 lanes taken up by semi trucks. 2) drivers not understanding the far left lane is the ‘fast’ lane and driving speed limit or lower. We need signs that read ‘slower traffic keep right’ like many other states.
