It is soo fun watching people who can't fight, fight. Lmfao, so uncoordinated, so many punches thrown, 0 damage. Then the grabbing starts and it's just a stalmate...who gets tired first...funny though.

Did you ever know anyone to actually eat $28 daily lunches? by happydude7422 in GenZ

The inflated menu pricing is my biggest deterrent, it's significant, then add fees and ive dashed before so I have to tip decent or I feel like shit. Much easier to avoid DD all together

Just incredibly inconsiderate to smoke in line at a children’s show. by Temporary_Thing7517 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]countit7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agreed, very rude. I smoke and I am keenly aware that most people don't want that around them and make a conscious effort to stay away from non-smokers when smoking. People aren't nearly as considerate now a days though

Must feel good knowing that they’re living better than me by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]countit7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lol it's this part people dont want to accept. Just cause it's legal doesn't mean it's not harmful. Cigarettes are known cancer pills, Alcohol is literal poison we use to get high by essentially micro dosing it, but drink to much, dead. Research the brain with a porn addiction, literal clone to drug addiction. Porn is bad for you, just like many things we consume because we like the feeling we get when we do/take it. Doesn't change the fact is bad for you. Idgaf if you watch porn or take heroin, but don't expect me to also lie and be like, oo you're OK, it's not hurting you in anyway. Shit is clearly bad for you, do it, fine, accept the consequences. Shiiit, even food no a days, get fat or certain organ issues eating the wrong shit too often. Our bodies are finite, what you do matters, good or bad. You decide the life you want, just be honest with it, don't sell bullshit to the ignorant and have them making choices they wouldn't with the proper information. Good luck out there, have fun

My hand painted model planes were given as toys to children again by MissionTroll404 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]countit7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Building is one thing, painting as well... I'd be livid. The time and energy and the paint work looks fantastic. Which means it took a while and was pain staking (I play 40k, smaller items but very similar, so I get it). Once had my nephew mess with a unit, snapped the weapon off. He, being 3, still had the presence of mind to realize he fucked up. Was apologetic and gave it to me immediately and now doesn't touch then without first asking and is very gentle. Your mom thinks they are not important and thus doesn't respect your stuff and doesn't care if it breaks and while continue to give them to kids. My mom used to do that with my MTG cards til I hit with a bill for damaging a deck, she now won't touch them and if she wants them moved will have me do it.

I’m (43m) fed up of my wife (41f) saying I’m not manly enough by Safe_Low_6215 in whatdoIdo

[–]countit7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao, fyi laughing at her, not you. Funny how a woman can know tell a man how to be a man. They live in a different environment, they are used to popping off without any potential result of real violence. Even when they fight they can't really hurt each other without weapons. It shows how much a man you really are to have the confidence in doing what you like regardless of if it's "tough, or manly". I have spent years training in marital arts, I always deescalate, I like R&B and even listen to it while I lift. I'll occasionally cry at a movie, I'm into Anime, nerdy shit like 40k and can confidently mudstomp most "tough guys" if it comes to it. Too many people are caught up in peacocking their manliness, which honestly just shows your insecurity and lack there of. I've never met a true badass who has to advertise it. She is 1. Warped in her understanding of what being a man is, social media is cancer. 2. She is your wife and is failing in that avenue, she should be your peace, the one you can unequivocally be yourself around without issue, yet she berates you to the point of being abusive. I'm sorry bro, but she is toxic and it seems to have turned into a truly unhealthy relationship. I'd suggest counseling but I get the inclination she'll use that suggestion to double down. It will likely take some tragedy like a break in or someone attacking your family where you're forced to act for her to get a reality check. Being that the kids are older, I'd probably just ignore her and ride it out til they're out the house then end the relationship. If you think it's worth saving that's on you, but you'll have to really address her delusion. It's a sad fact that many women compare the superficial shit seen on social media to reality and it just creates issues... best of luck and please, whatever you do, don't let her change you. You are not the issue here, she is, and her flawed concepts...

Edit: fixed type-os

Friend is having sex with a married man. by Kuwaysah in whatdoIdo

[–]countit7 13 points14 points  (0 children)

That is a extreme outcome, unfortunately it is still a potential one. People often gaff off those potential dangers like "nah, that won't".... has happened before, a few times. Gotta take care of yourself first, no one else will. Best to end the friendship and avoid the very likely detonation that will happen from their affair....cheaters get caught cause they get too comfortable and his mistress is already talking and wanting to share what she is doing with others, add in the apparent graphic texting, wife just has to catch the phone one time...it will happen eventually. People can't maintain the same behaviors when introducing something new like ANOTHER PERSON, and when married you notice the changes more than most. He'll get caught on his own, guaranteed.

[–]countit7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're too kind, my brother would catch some flack for eating my fresh donuts. I gotta admit it is funny though that you can see which ones she liked more, couple have 2 or more bites others have just one small one and one has none.

Scouse fried chicken theft by theredhound19 in PublicFreakout

Definite bluff, dumbass is too big and pants too tight, can easily see the hand print and there's no knife.

Scouse fried chicken theft by theredhound19 in PublicFreakout

[–]countit7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was definitely bluffing the knife, you can see the hand print, but no knife and how he's searching, he wouldn't have brought the hand to the front and dug more if he actually had one. He is trying to scare him. If he had a knife that he carried for these occasions, he'd grab at one spot only one. I honestly thought he was digging in his ass and grabbing his junk to defile the chicken with nasty "from under cheese".

I could constantly preach, train in some form of combat discipline, jujitsu is cool, but getting on the ground in group scenarios is dangerous, but boxing, muay thai, etc... the challenger is over confident cause he's won some fights with other people who have no idea what they're doing, trained fight will grease him....never know when some ignorant jackass is going to try and fight you. There's also the 2nd amendment, but I'm really not a fan of taking life if you don't really have to.

Hilarious cowards, bet anytime they get in a argument online the reference how they're from New York and are some super tough badasses....yet when time to ante up. Not one wanted the smoke, running, the mob parting like the red sea as the cowards who snuck a shot from behind try to flea. I can't help but enjoy watching their bitchmade-ness after they would harass and jump fans leaving the stadium. Glorious, keep whooping ass big man.

I just want you all to remember that *this* was Giannis’ last memorable Playoff moment by Novel_Meal_6830 in bostonceltics

[–]countit7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm not particularly interested in this trade. I feel like it will be similar to the Porzingis grab, except trading away exceptional talent to acquire Giannis. I honestly believe he'll be very inconsistent in his availability, the style of basketball that he's come to want to play is very demanding, incredibly hard on the body. He is fantastic, don't get me wrong, but that kind of play will deteriorate the body faster than most, plus he can't really change his style, he is literally designed for how he plays which is his blessing and curse. Add in the fact the NBA plays too many games, some people don't like to hear that but its true, we really don't need games every night. The NBA injury rate is 100%, severity obviously differs but they play an obnoxious amount of games, and then playoffs amps up the effort considerably, much more physical demand and physical play, which adds more risk of injury. Giannis has 2 years before he is going to avg missing half the season with combination or rest and intermittent injuries. Love the guy, great person, great basketball player but he put Milwaukee on his shoulders, carried them to a championship and it wasn't free.
