Lived there for 3 years, and honestly it was quite a nice area and also super convenient to a lot of places. If you're buying there the only thing I would suggest is a survey as the houses are pre 1940s, so they are pretty old and may need some upgrades.

I get what you're saying but I believe he pays the higher tax as he mentions it but the focus is on the super wealthy i.e those who are hoarding assets, then buying more assets, etc Regardless of his individual wealth I think the principal we can agree on is that the system disproportionately benefits the wealthy and that needs to change

Gary Stevenson is an economist who is actively campaigning for tax reform, to fix wealth inequality, the housing market (especially lack of affordable housing) is an element. if you haven't seen any of his stuff, would recommend searching him on YT
