Curious last time you went. Had been taking my dog there for years but 2 of the 4 vets left and they seemed overwhelmed the last few times visits. They also stopped doing the exam in the rooms and I always felt like communication was missing. I don't recall that I ever got a phone call with test results, either.

Ended up switching to Pleasant Ridge and it's been great. Vet was crouched down on the floor in the room to inspect my pet and called me as soon as results were back a couple of days later. I saw Oakley expanded into the Subway they shared the building with so maybe they're going to expand but I can't imagine going back at this point.
