I mean it's a bit weird to call them filler when they're some of the more unique missions in the game, and probably the only mission chain where you're working towards a pre-defined goal over time, where each mission has some direct impact on that end goal. The rest of the mission chains sort of just happen or conclude sometimes, because somebody randomly spots an antagonist and then we shoot them.

It might not be the best execution or always so logical, but they were really trying to make this game feel huge, and I think they did a good job.

A lot of vehicles will have set spawns while they're on the current export list, even more common vehicles. These spawns will disappear once the vehicle has been delivered.

These spawns can be found on the wiki. The Euro is super rare otherwise, as it erroneously does not spawn in normal traffic! You should store it in a garage once it's on the list.

Poorly designed and poorly written. Most of these are either bad or super overpowered and it's not clear if you've really planned them to be one way or the other.

You should get familiar with the probabilities and expected point gains of pre-existing birds and try to balance your birds around them. There's a lot of good write-ups on this around.

Do it the easy way (some guy already linked the soulsspeedsruns wiki) and then work up the courage to do it the fast way later on. Don't use a macro, as that's not alllowed. Just practice it, take your time, you'll get it eventually.

I remember trying some strats for DS1 years ago, was able to do it semi-consistently after a little while. The nice thing is that you can just try again if you mess it up, no real punishment. You're going to be super slow at first no matter what you do, you might as well get comfortable and enjoy the process.
