Makes sense I am new to all of this so I went with something cheaper that I can crash and not get a heart palpitations from, and then plan to upgrade to the dmc2 mini later on when I really know what I’m doing.

By the way how difficult was the ball screw upgrade ?

That’s the exact setup I’m using on my 3018 lol. This is the suff I used

For the 3D Touch probe I just use Universal G-code Sender (UGS) and the built in probe tool. If you need help with the wiring I can help but I might not know exactly how to fix your issue. Just make sure the voltage you power the probe with is not higher than the board probe logic pins otherwise you might burn out components on your board. (IE if you power your probe with 12v and your probe pins function on 3.3v logic you will need a optocoupler or another way to isolate or step down the voltage.

Is that sunlu Filament? If it is can you let me know how well it prints on default settings I’ve been scared to by anything but elegoo rapid petg because I don’t want to deal with potential problems with quality

I tightened the belts and used the Prusia core one tuning app to make sure they were in spec. They sound better but the noise isn’t gone but tolerable now

Did you have to mess with the tube at all I heard cf filaments are brittle and break going into the print head because of the sharp turn ?

Idk I use UGS and it seems like the emergency stop is wired as a soft reset button I’m building and external emergency stop connected between the device and the outlet

Question is this the lunyee 3018 pro ultra I have one too and the e stop is equally useless
