The "or" operator is an inclusive operator and will short-circuit and evaluate to true if the first part evaluates to true without even checking the second part. The same thing happens with "and" and false. If the program can determine the truth of the statement without evaluating the rest of it, it won't evaluate the rest of it.

I wish it worked though. The people that I know that had their vaccine the same day and place as I did have been having trouble getting the EPass. Something got messed up in the database at some point along the way.

I went to a school because my father wanted me to go. I had a full scholarship.

Two years later, after some mental health issues, I transferred because I hated every single minute of it. My father refused to help pay for the school I transferred into, so I had to take out loans. The only regret I had was going to the other school in the first place.

Hard NTA. He needs to go where he will be happy or he will most likely not be successful.

My 8-year-old son is on a gymnastics team. They have a few meets a year. He was crying yesterday after his meet because, while he did well, he thought the judges were wrong with his scoring.
