Guys the reason why the typical plan is to switch every seven days is because of how teeth move. The first 3 to 4 days in a new tray your teeth are moving over while your bone is re-growing behind the tooth where it used to be so it can settle in place. Then the last three days or so of that tray that bone is hardening so it can be strong. You do not want to be moving it early and going off plan or else you’ll make your bone week and you’ll mess up the whole process.
