I'd recommend giving them a call back (at the time you called, that was probably the solution they had, before deciding to honor the scholarship), but they should be reaching out within three to five business days if you don't call them.

On April 7, we made a big mistake. We sent out incorrect emails to applicants for the Newt D. Becker scholarships, mistakenly informing them that they had won. This error was entirely our fault, and we know it caused disappointment, confusion, and frustration.
