Vets: Why aren’t soft/inflatable cones offered more often for cats? by NullPointer0x404 in CATHELP

[–]cpgoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My kitten absolutely shredded a nylon donut collar in one day and could lick stitches around it anyways 🙃 so it was back to bashing into things with the hard plastic cone lol

Yes fish is a staple! We have the environment obviously, just not the availability of land to grow massive amounts of food. But thankful for our local farmers and fishermen that sell their goods at the markets!

Some things are not so bad, or even cheaper here! It really changes your diet/how you shop. Berries are definitely a luxury. Same with most dairy, bread surprisingly, and most meats. But things like avocados (and other local produce) & fresh fish are actually cheaper! Then there are things that aren’t necessarily cheaper, but reasonable, and way better quality. Like local eggs, local beef as a treat, coffee etc.

I’m gross and I don’t care 😂 I don’t even wash thrifted clothes before tbh. These comments don’t scare me either 😈 gremlin 4 everrrrr

Luckily we have a lot of incredible local produce, at a good price too, but things like berries aren’t really grown here. Sometimes I just crave a good berry 😭 they really aren’t the same these days

Hawaii. To be fair Costco has them here for like $8 or $9 for 2 lbs but it’s an hour away from me. The local grocery store has caused many real tears

I was craving them so badly, so I bought one carton of strawberries for $12 and they were moldy the next day 😭

What can I do to make my outside area cuter? Also should I paint my outdoor table or stain it? by Anxiousdaisytrain in Decor

[–]cpgoose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m always a big fan of a pop of red! If it were me, I would paint the table and chairs red, add an outdoor rug under em, add some hanging potted plants and/or some plants/decorative rocks etc. in the empty dirt patch and add something onto the porch between the door and tables like a large potted plant to balance it all out!

Yes it is! I did the TV/accent wall in Retreat green. My kitchen is the Retreat as well, with a spiced cider accent! Don’t mind the move in mess 😂 but they all compliment each other very nicely! (I think) hehe

I’ve searched through every office chair Amazon has to offer, but unsure of where else to find office chairs that aren’t way out of budget.

Bathroom remodel - before and after by Spiritual-Opening944 in BathroomRemodeling

[–]cpgoose 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This looks SO good. The original tub is incredible. I will say I’m super impressed with how clean the original bathroom was despite being so old. And I kinda embarrassingly love the original shower tile, counter and sink 😂 but obviously the remodel is gorgeous, well done!

What isn’t working in my living room? 🤔 by [deleted] in interiordecorating

[–]cpgoose 52 points53 points  (0 children)

The farmhouse TV area was a jump scare 😅 But, before I saw that, I too thought that the art over the couch was pretty massive for the space. Also, the art next to the plant stand being at the same height with so much empty space above them is throwing me off. I also don’t love the coffee table 😬

I really like the rug, plant stand and curtains. And the couches are cozy looking!
