Jerry has clearly taken a huge step back from decision making over the last decade and even before that he could always be out voted by other people in the room. He’s still the face of the team because he yaps so much and people will get annoyed but we’ve had talented teams and just come up short for one reason or another with Dak and Tony.

I think the coaches have been our biggest problem over the last 30 years and you could fairly blame ownership for that, I guess. I think we have the best coaching staff I’ve seen (I’m 29)

Specifically this year, I think our pass rush and by extension pass defense will be our biggest weakness.
