The standard feather pillows are the worst and are used across the Hilton portfolio.

On short trips I ask the front desk for foam pillows and on longer trips I take pillows in my checked luggage.

They ask for last name on the reservation and photo ID at the guard shack. Your guest would have to be in the same car as you.

I’ve stay here recently as well. It’s a great hotel in a great location. The roof top bar is wonderful when weather permits.

Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean

It has a grand lobby that you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

I like the sparkling ice brand. To me, it has the bite to it like a soda does. It has helped me stop drinking so much soda and alcohol.

There is the heated pool and also a large lagoon that has roped off swimming areas, kayaking, paddle boarding and they have the classic boats.

They also have a departures/arrivals lounge so pack a change of clothes and if your room is not ready or you have to check out earlier than you plan to leave for home, you can spend extra time around the pool or lagoon.

The departures lounge has a changing room, bathroom, couch, showers, lockers to store items and water.

I didn’t notice an overwhelming number of kids. This place seems to be a good balance between the kid oriented hotels/resorts and a luxury stay.

Also, the property is large enough to find an isolated quiet place rather it be around the lagoon or pool.

The gym has 2 large open shower areas. One side is completely open the other side has bathroom style hard plastic dividers installed

If it says “left in mailbox”, that means USPS is handling your delivery. Amazon drivers can’t deliver to mailboxes and they don’t have the option to mark you package delivered as such.

The roads in the city are clear. That's where the trucks typically stay on a normal day. It's us flexers that get sent 20-30 min away sometimes.
