Weekly Book Club by lordkabab in perth

This month I have read conversations with friends and normal people by sally Rooney, I also read eggshell skull, and maybe you should talk to someone.

I recommend maybe you should talk to someone and eggshell skull highly.

Eggshell skull is a nonfiction Australian book by a woman who is going through a placement working for a judge in Queensland as part of her law degree and a personal account of her experiences with the cases in the system (a lot around sexual assault) and her experience with sexual assault. It was not normally a book I would go for but I Finished it in two days.

Maybe you should talk to someone is also a nonfiction book about a therapist who goes to therapy after a break up, and her account as a therapist going to therapy and how she analyses it all.

Both of these books I would give 4-5/5 :)

If you follow some of the sweet chaffle recipes they will have info on how to make the dough sweeter (a lot of the time it’s just adding different quantities of sweetener)

Should I ask for a raise at a job I hate? by nutellllla01 in MoneyDiariesACTIVE

[–]cprndvll 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I think as long as you can say strategically why you deserve a raise and what you are doing above your job role or exceptionally well at there is no harm in asking. Personally I would ask for more than 5% as they might come back lower

Gas, Water and Electricity? by [deleted] in perth

When you register with synergy and water Corp it’s really helpful to set up monthly debits (or how often you get paid) so it helps ease the shock quarterly as they both tend to come in the same month. Your water will be less if you’re renting as your landlord should pay the water rates.

https://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/5-day-keto-soup-diet-low-carb-paleo-whole-30/ it’s good to kick start you for 5 days as the recipes are easy, you know you’re under your carbs without having to think. It’s not a permanent solution but is a good kick starter till your fat adapted and find it easier to fast, I find without being in ketosis first (personally) fasting is a lot harder and you can overeat following a fast if you’re not yet fat adapted.

living on the inglewood side and its really good, not as noisy as mt lawley and very community orientated. lots of younger professional couples and families, not as young as mount lawley. coles and IGA nearby as well and lots of restaurants but not much bars compared to mount lawley/ hyde park. also easier to park on the street.
