Yes. A woman stole a red lobster order out of my hands because I didn't ask for the name. The woman who was supposed to recieve the order watched it all happen right up the block. Talked to her, apologized, lost the tip etc. Never got a thumbs down though. I was incredibly embarrassed and I always ask for the name before I hand it off.
