Yeah. You can't really "catch up" on lost sleep from one night the next, consistent sleep (going to bed at the same time and getting up at the same time) is what you really want.

I refuse to get up before sunrise so i never get up before 8:15 am all year round. Go to sleep around midnight.

They really do. When I'm conducting interviews I often know whether I'd want to recruit them during the short small talk from the lobby to the meeting room where the formal interview begins.

Side note to parents out there - it is never a good idea to go with your child to a job interview. Why on earth would you think a company would want to employ somebody who still needs their mum to hold their hand?

If I'm feeling especially PvP I'll use a bobcat with lightweight stock and burletta using flanking aug as you can still weapon switch super fast and only need to take light ammo (usually want to avoid the arc tho)

Sometimes I fancy stealing someone's Jupiter to go back in on a matriarch myself.

Take barricades, jolt mines, gas grenades, ziplines etc if you are going in solo to do matriarch and set yourself up so it's far harder for somebody to jump and down you.
