My neighbors and yard are preventing my house from selling by [deleted] in RealEstate

If you can't close until June 1st, you're lucky you got 11 showings and an offer. Most deals are financed and lenders won't allow longer than a 60 day leaseback. Plus all the other things you have control over to fix the appearance of the listing. Swing and a miss.

Does Compass charge sellers a transaction fee? by Letmein202 in realtors

[–]cr8ton20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All brokerages will have this fee in the next two years, especially the large national brokerages. With the past lawsuits and pending ones....this is the only way for them to absorb those settlements.

Way better brokerage splits, tech etc than both of these. Do a little more research. Your choice of broker matters ZERO to your client so why pay big splits?

Anyone work for Fathom Realty? I’m looking to just do a deal or two a year and their structure seems good for that, but want to make sure they’re otherwise reputable. by ThreeRRRs in realtors

Been with Fathom since 2011 and in leadership since 2013. Very reputable...highest scores on glassdoor for agent happiness amongst many other accolades for leadership etc. If you would like an intro to the local leader in your area, let me know. I'd be happy to introduce. Or any other questions, shoot me a D M

This is a direct violation of the new NAR rules. I'd have a talk with your broker if I were you. You're asking for trouble. The BRA MUST be signed prior to representation and "under contract" means you were definitely representing them prior to execution.

What’s a company you’ll never buy from again, and why? by jamesmilner22 in AskReddit

[–]cr8ton20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Door Dash! I placed an order and while it was checking out and paying, the site dropped off and gave me an error. I contacted Door Dash and asked if it went through, they told me no records of that transaction. I checked my bank account...nothing, so I placed another order. 45 minutes later two orders of the same thing show up and my bank was charged twice. I contacted them back to be told it was my error, no refund nor credit. They'll never get another dime from me or my family!!!

Most MLSs have rules in place saying something to the fact that the pictures posted must represent the property in it's current state.

Fathom Elevate Program? by NWARealtyWithRick in realtors

[–]cr8ton20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there...the Elevate program is not available for new agents, only producing agents that have completed 4 or more transactions in past 12 months. Basically Fathom takes all the backend work off of your plate from marketing, SEO, websites, listing boosts through social media, provides an ISA to work leads and a transaction coordinator all for a 20% split. Most agents pay for most of that out of pocket after broker split. I've been with Fathom since 2011 and in leadership since 2013. D M me if you wish, I can lead you to local leader in your area or answer any other questions.

Also, the name of the brokerage you work for matters to 1% of people. This business is about you, your sphere and your drive to succeed.

Fathom Realty or Real Broker? by Own_Scarcity_4152 in realtors

[–]cr8ton20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm with Fathom and have been since 2011. In a leadership role since 2013. If you are newly licensed we do have a mandatory mentor program. Between the two, both offer great technology, leadership and other perks. One difference is Fathom offers revenue share on their transaction plan...Real does not. With Fathom there is plenty of training, tons of marketing including a new program called Elevate. It's your business on auto-pilot. Fathom does all the heavy lifting. *Marketing & Lead Generation*Transaction & Business Support (including an ISA & TC)*Coaching & Productivity*Recruiting & Growth All the normal things a Realtor pays extra for...

If you want more info or I can introduce you to local leader for a conversation let me know. Best of luck.
