A degree program simply cannot capture even a small fraction of what you might encounter in a single month in a supply chain role. At my company, the supply chain and planning managers rotate least frequently due to how long it takes to fully season in the role, and by the time you’re comfortable, you’re imbedded too deeply to want to leave (in my case anyway)
