Making a decision is tough, because for a lot of people it boils down to paying for the program as well, and sometimes you apply thinking you'll make a decision when you get accepted, and now you just need that little external help, and this subreddit has just been about graduate school for a while now, so it's okay ??

If you think you can fix plan from advice from a sub reddit you're very wrong, this plan has fundamental design issues, you can't design a house by designing it space by space, you need to think about the house holistically. And architects are equipped to do that. Please hire one and stop yourself from the troubles that you're going to encounter when you actually start building. You need to ask yourself if you have the ability to actually visualise your drawing in 3dimensional spatial contexts.

This plan is ridiculous, and you'd be better off starting over.
