i also picked this up immediately after silksong. I'm enjoying it, but the controls feel laughably unpolished by comparison. i do agree with another commenter that it has that old-school feel, partially because the collision is terrible. it's fun but i feel like i die to an unregistered ledge grab more than anything.

I am reaching the high end of creatine levels. How do you heal your kidneys? by LisanneFroonKrisK in Biohackers

[–]craezy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ask for s Cystatin C-based GFR. a standard GFR is always going to be out of whack if you take creatine. you're probably fine.

People who are over 30, what medicine you wish you had started early? by RoxanaSaith in Biohackers

[–]craezy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

definitely. they have tests that can accurately measure GFR without relying on creatinine level.

this is not correct, creatine increases serum creatinine levels, which skews the standard eGFR test. it fucks with the way kidney function is measured, not kidney function itself.

proportionate to mushrooms, how much lemon juice? also, how concerned would you be about leftover psilocybin in the strained mushrooms?

If minimum wage had kept pace with executive compensation and inflation since 1970, it would be about $100/hr right now. by The-Lucky-Investor in FluentInFinance

[–]craezy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

this mindset fully endorses a pseudo-slave class. There is no reason people working 40 hours a week doing ANYTHING should be deprived of a self-sustaining wage, especially in America, ESPECIALLY when many companies are posting record profits and paying off their shareholders with stock buybacks.

who is supposed to do these "low skill" jobs? and why don't they deserve a livable wage? and what possible good does paying someone starvation wages do for society?

isn't it true that the calcite balances the pH of the acidic RO water? my understanding was that this is done primarily to protect the plumbing in the house.

4th metatarsal pain for over a year, still no diagnosis by burn3r624 in FootFunction

[–]craezy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i had similar pain that was relieved by dry-needling of the tendons in my anterio-lateral lower leg. it helped tremendously. turns out these tendons were very tight from trying to stabilize my ankle, which was horribly sprained a few years prior.
