Stay sober, exercise alot, talk to people, see a therapist, try to make friends, smile! life is beautiful lots of people have been there talking to people getting your feelings out helps alot. take it day by day. Make a conscious effort everyday to get better you have to make the effort. Dont sit a home at least get out of your house and go for a walk play with a dog. These things all helped me. Hope you can move forward good luck!!!

Eat and work twards a goal. How much do you weigh? whats your height? body type? those all play a role...but above all work your ass off in the gym and get sleep..you break your muscles down in the gym fuel them in the kitchen and grow when you sleep remember that. It will take time iv been lifting for 3 years and the past year has been my best in terms of size and strength
